The Project Details
This study was initiated by City staff to facilitate planning for recommended upgrades that will inevitably need to occur to maintain a reliable electrical distribution system at the Elgin Riverside Drive WTP. This report takes into consideration Risk and Resilience Assessment (RRA) and has briefly looked into developing an Emergency Response Plan (ERP).
